Item # 4.9.
The county Assessor is requesting the City Council to schedule a meeting date for the Board
of Appeal and Equalization meeting. The Assessor has tentatively requested the date of
Thursday, April 29, 2004 at 6:30 p.m.
I contacted the Assessor and asked if the Council could change the date to Monday, April 26
since you normally meet on a Monday evening. He indicated that the date of April 26 was
open.
ACTION REQUESTED
To make a motion to schedule the Board of Appeal and Equalization for the date of
Monday, April 26 at 6:30 p.m. or Thursday, April 29, 2004 at 6:30 p.m.
