Open the public hearing,take comment, and continue the public hearing to the April 21, 2014, City
Council meeting.
Background/Discussion
Juanita Glenn on behalf of Wapiti Park, 18746 Troy St. NW, requested an Interim Use Permit to utilize
an existing building as a store.
Staff has extended the 60-day review period to allow time for the applicant to submit additional
information and to allow for sufficient review by city staff and legal counsel.
In order to develop staff reports,which properly evaluate the application and completely inform the
Planning Commission and City Council, a continuation of the Public Hearing is requested.
