NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the Parks and Recreation Commission may be
attending the Public Focus Group meetings regarding the Elk River Parks and Recreation Master Plan
process on Thursday, March 27, 2014, from 3 p.m. —9 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono
Parkway NW, Elk River, Minnesota. A quorum of the Parks and Recreation Commission may attend
the focus groups;however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the Parks
and Recreation Commission during the event.
