Recommend,by motion that park dedication be paid in the form of cash, at the rate applicable at the time
of Final Plat approval, for one lot.
Background/Discussion
The subject site is comprised of two existing lots. The applicant is proposing to make the two existing
lots smaller and create a third buildable lot. This is the lot that is subject to park dedication.
Because the Comprehensive Park Plan does not indicate a trail corridor nor any park target area in the
wider area, staff recommends that park dedication be paid in the form of cash for one lot.
