Recommend,by motion,that park dedication be paid in the form cash, at the rate applicable at the time of Final Plat approval, for the final number of units approved in the Site Plan approval by the City Council. Background/Discussion The subject site is platted as Outlot G Elk River Station and is zoned Planned Unit Development. Outlot G was approved as an apartment building with covered parking. The PUD agreement requires site plan review by the Planning Commission and approval by the City Council. The applicant is platting the property to construct the 52-unit apartment complex. The Comprehensive Park Plan does not indicate a trail corridor along Twin Lakes Parkway nor any park target area in the wider area.
