Receive the 2013 Annual Report.
Background/Discussion
The 2013 Annual Report was prepared in a Story Map format. Unlike past reports that included a printed
or electronic brochure that outlined a laundry list of accomplishments by each department and division,
the 2013 edition uses a new format to highlight higher level themes of what was accomplished.
Story maps use GIS technology and multimedia content for an interactive review of information. We will
use the same format for the community tour when representatives of Standard&Poor's visit for our
bond rating tour.
The map will also be highlighted as a community marketing piece on the city website for prospective new
residents and businesses.
