27 at the December 7, 1998 City
Council Meeting.
Notice
Please note that staff published that the planning item, Request by Doug
Ringold for an Ordinance Amendment and Conditional Use Permit, Public
Hearing Case No. OA 98-6 and CU 98-27, will be held at the December 7,
1998, City Council meeting. The applicant has requested that staff expedite
this item for business related reasons.
Planning Commission
On November 24, 1998, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing for
an ordinance amendment to permit commercial recreation in unplatted Light
Industrial zoning as a conditional use with retail as an accessory use. Staff
and the Commission have recommended approval and the item waits Council
decision.
