This letter is to confirm that the City Council did not accept Alternate #1 on the
above referenced project.
We therefore would like to make the recommendation to accept Contract Package 14
for Metal Roofing and to award this contract package to Specialty Systems Inc., at
11901 Riverwood Drive, Bumsville MN, for the amount of $59,372.
