Shirley Madland has made application for a transient merchant license to sell flowers for
Mother's Day weekend, Easter, and Thanksgiving in the parking lot at Charlie Brown's Shell
Station. Ms. Madland has received written permission from Charlie Brown's and has
successfully passed the background check.
Action Requested
A motion from Council approving a transient merchant license for Shirley Madland to sell
flowers in the parking lot at Charlie Brown's Shell Station the weekends of Mother's Day
and Easter and for Thanksgiving.
