Approve,by motion,the following licenses to The Noodle Shop, Co. —Colorado,Inc. d/b/a Noodles &
Company valid June 30, 2014, through June 30, 2015:
■ On-Sale wine
■ 3.2. percent malt liquor on-sale
■ Permission to sell strong beer on-sale
Background/Discussion
The Noodle Shop, Co.—Colorado,Inc. d/b/a Noodles & Company has applied for liquor licenses for a
new restaurant located at 18130 Zane Street Northwest. The projected opening is June 30, 2014.
The applicant would like to sell strong beer in addition to on-sale wine and 3.2 percent malt liquor. State
statute allows a city to authorize the holder of an on-sale wine and a 3.2 percent malt liquor license to sell
strong beer at on-sale without an additional license.
