Approve,by motion, a temporary 3.2 %malt liquor license to the Elk River Lions for May 17, 2014,with
the following condition:
■ Age verification is required and wrist band control is recommended.
Background/Discussion
The Elk River Lions have applied for a temporary 3.2% malt liquor license to serve beer at the German
Heritage Festival on Saturday,May 17, 2014, at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds.
