Review Council Meeting Schedule
Everyone is encouraged to bring their calendars to this City Council meeting so that we can
discuss the meeting schedule for the next few months. Even though there will be some
flexibility required with when the city can use its remodeled Council Chambers and when we
xvill start our new meeting schedule, I think that the following dates are worth noting:

It should be noted that with the above meeting schedule there are no joint meetings set up
with Boards and Commissions. We will set up a joint meeting with the Utilities Commission
after they moved to their new offices in later May. The City Council may want to consider
holding joint meetings with the following groups:
· Park/Recreation Commission
· Planning Commission
· Heritage Preservation Commission
· Sherburne County Board
· Ice Arena Commission
· Housing and Redevelopment Authority
· School Board
· Library Board
Action Requested
At this time the Council should call a special meeting for April, 5, 2004 at p.m. for a
discussion on the city organizational structure. By Monday night we should have more
information for the Council about the possible May 15, 2004 special meeting.
