Welcome new employee Jessica Noreen.
Background/Discussion
The Council recently approved hiring Jessica Noreen as a part time cable caster. The Council will see a lot
of Jessica as her role will primarily be preparing for and taping city meetings.
Jessica has a degree in Mass Communications and Broadcasting from St. Cloud State University. She has
work experience in broadcasting and production for live television,including interviewing, equipment
operation,and editing.
