BACKGROUND
Kelly Opay has submitted her application for Therapeutic Massage. Ms. Opay has completed the 500
hours of successfully completed course work in the field of massage. She will be working at Salina
Spa and Salon located at 19262 Freeport Avenue. Ms. Opay has successfully passed the required
background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage license for Kelly Opay to perform
therapeutic massage at Salina Spa and Salon.
