SUBJECT: Authorization to Advertise for a Legal Secretary
With the hiring of an Assistant City Attorney/City Prosecutor, we would like to get
authorization to advertise for the position of legal secretary. This position would be filled
with the assistance of the new Assistant City Attorney.
I am, therefore, requesting authorization to advertise for the position of legal secretary. We
would like this person to be hired in December, so they can set up the office in preparation
to function as the City Prosecutor's Office the first week of January, 2002.
