Approve,by motion, a temporary 3.2% on-sale malt liquor license to the Elk River Lions Club for
June 14, 2014,with the following condition:
■ Age verification is required and wrist band control is recommended.
Background/Discussion
The Elk River Lions have applied for a temporary 3.2% on-sale malt liquor license for a tractor pull on
Saturday,June 14, 2014, at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds. All application materials have been
submitted.
