Background/Discussion Kristofer Paulseth began employment on May 6, 2014. Mr. Paulseth holds a degree in biology/environmental studies and has a variety of work and volunteer experience including working with Anoka County Parks, the MN Department of Natural Resources, and MN Conservation Corps. He has also worked as a carpenter and spent time in Minnesota's northwoods building trails and working on a forest-wide tree identification project. The city went to market for this position in January and received 207 applications. The pool of applicants was narrowed to 17 who were invited to interview, 15 of which accepted. We had a very impressive pool of candidates and a second round of interviews was held with 7 of the candidates.
