I have had the privilege of living the majority of my life in the city of Elk River. This is something that I take great pride in as the city has provided me with many great opportunities. My tenure in management throughout the years has required me to analyze data on a daily basis and use that data to make strong business decisions. I have extensive experience creating new operational teams which includes the following tasks; creating policies and procedures, creating/maintaining budgets, team charters, and team goals.
