Spring programs were significantly impacted from the late winter and poor spring weather.
The Adult Softball League had to be delayed by three weeks. The spring Flag Football
program ended up being canceled. Youth Athletic Associations use of city fields were also
delayed by several weeks.
Final preparations are being made for summer recreations program offering. This included
training staff in safety and youth supervision procedures,purchasing supplies,and preparing
program sites.
