These customers are also concerned about what the rates and PCAs will be in 2015 as they are putting together budgets. • Working with Wright Hennepin on a service territory resolution for Mississippi Cove and Wild Flower Meadows. The plan is to have the issue resolved in the next couple months. wi•►.
