RESOLUTION NO. 06-01
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER PLANNING COMMISSION
FINDING THAT THE SHERBURNE COUNTY HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY'S REDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR
REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 AND PROJECT PLAN FOR THE
MEDICAL CENTER CONFORM TO THE GENERAL PLANS FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF ELK
RIVER.
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment _Authority for Sherburne County, Minnesota, (the
"HR.1") has proposed to adopt a Redevelopment Program for Redevelopment District No. 2 (the
"Redevelopment Program") and a Project Plan for the Medical"Iechnology Center(the "Project Plan")
therefor (the Redevelopment Program and the Project Plan arc referred to collectively herein as the
• "Program and Plan") and has submitted the Program and Plan to the Elk River City Planning
Commission (the ''Commission") pursuant to .1 ii mesa1,r SIdlrrtc., Section 469.1-5, Subd. 3, and
WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Program and Plan to determine their conformity
with the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as described in the
comprehensive plan for the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that the Program and Plan
conforms with the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as a whole.
