Request
The Commission is asked to determine park dedication requirements for the administrative
• subdivision by the Ruth Moos estate.

Analysis
The subject property is located at the intersection of County Road 32 and Pascal Street. It y
is 7.7 acres with an existing homestead located on the property with access to County Road
32. The proposed subdivision will create three parcels;one for the existing home,and two
parcels which will be buildable with access to Pascal Street.
The Master Park Plan shows no neighborhood parks in this vicinity;however,the parcel is at
the edge of an Area-wide park circle. The parcel is too small to be considered as part of a
larger park, therefore, cash dedication appears to be most appropriate.
Recommendation
• Staff recommends that the Park and Recreation Commission accept cash dedication for two
lots.
