Attachments • Location Map • Certificate of Survey Analysis The subject property is located at the intersection of 213th Avenue and Highway 169. The property is zoned A-1 Agricultural Conservation,which requires a minimum 10-acre lot area. The property is just over 20 acres in area and is proposed to be subdivided into two parcels. The subject property is in the rural district and therefore,outside of any park service areas. Staff recommends that the Commission recommend cash dedication for this request.
