Action Requested
Approve,by motion,a tobacco license to Omar Abuisnaineh for Elk River Smokes 4 Less,Inc.with the
following condition:
■ No smoking shall be allowed in the tobacco products shop.
Background/Discussion
Mr. Abuisnaineh has submitted all application materials and completed a background investigation. Mr.
Abuisnaineh is purchasing the store located at 19112 Freeport Street.
City code prohibits smoke shops in multi-tenant facilities that do not have their own ventilation systems
unless the license provides that there shall be no smoking in the tobacco products shop. Mr.Abuisnaineh
has agreed not to allow smoking in his establishment.
