SUBJECT: Update on Park Brochure
Commissioner Peterson and I met on Wednesday,May 2,2001 to review the work plan and
discuss the next steps for the park brochure. We will be meeting in another three weeks and
hope to provide a mock-up of the park brochure/map at the June meeting of the
Commission. To date we have completed the following tasks:
• 1. We have compiled a list of items to be used for the park brochure/map,identified their
format, as well as their location.
2. We have identified the ultimate size of the brochure and the fold. The size will be 15"x
22" and it will be folded to a size of 3 1/2" x 7172".
3. We reviewed the revisions to the base map which will be used for the actual park and
trail map.
