Case No. AS 01-03 by William and Wendy Zacharda
Request
The Commission is asked to review Administrative Subdivision request AS 01-03 to create
• two parcels by William and Wendy Zacharda for park dedication.

Location
The property is located south of County Road 33 and west of County Road 1.
Analysis
The Zacharda's are proposing to split 34 acres of land into Parcel A of 25 acres,Parcel B of
6 acres, and Parcel C of 2.58 acres. Parcel A is predominantly lowland, but is buildable;
Parcel B has an existing home on it;and Parcel C will be a buildable lot. A portion of Parcel
A is buildable.
Review of the Master Park Plan indicates an area wide park encompassing the subject parcel
Staff recommends that park dedication be obtained via cash dedication.
Recommendation
• Staff recommends that the Commission recommend to the City Council that cash be
obtained for park dedication for two lots.
