SUBJECT: Identify January Retreat Date
Each year the Commission meets to review the previous year's accomplishments and to plan
the current year's activities, including reviewing the Capital Improvements Budget.
Typically,the Commission meets the Saturday prior to the January meeting. The Saturday
prior to the January 9th meeting would be January 5th. Please let staff know if this is an
acceptable date or we can schedule a day prior to the February meeting. An alternative day
• would be January 12th or January 26th
Please provide further direction regarding this issue.
