SUBJECT: Open Mike — Presentation by Jerry Palmer
Request
Mr. Palmer represents the 50th Reunion Committee for Elk River High School. The
committee would like to create a Korean War Memorial to a fallen classmate at Lions
Park as part of their 50th Reunion activities. Mr. Palmer will be in attendance for Open
Mike to discuss this with the Commission.
Recommendation
The Commission should provide direction to staff regarding the appropriateness of this
request. A more formal concept would be brought back to the Commission for their
review at a later date.
