Dear Mr. Bleyhl:
I am writing this letter to confirm that you have agreed to remove your
woodpile from Woodland Trails Park by April 1, 2000. We have had several
complaints from Park and Recreation Commissioners and it was part of the
agreement between the Elk River Country Club and the City of Elk River.
The woodpile removal was not a condition of the Conditional Use Permit for
the golf course maintenance building, therefore it is a nuisance issue and
IIfalls under the City nuisance code.
If you have any questions, please call me at the City of Elk River. In the
spring, I will again inspect the site to verify that the woodpile has been
removed.
