Overview
The Trott Brook Farms development is in the first phase and the City agreed to
• spend $163,598 of park dedication money for park development in the first phase.
There is an additional $120,000 that has been "set aside" for trail development from
their original cash dedication. A park concept plan was prepared as part of the final
plat approval that includes the following amenities with an estimate prepared by
Westwood Engineering:
Soccer field
Hockey Rink with lights $65,000
Tennis/games court $4,000
Childrens play lot $45,000
Picnic shelter $30,000
Picnic tables $2,400
Ballfield with aglime infield and backstop $8,000
Trail (1,500 LF) $15,000
Total $169,400
Other considerations include park boundary and identification signs, and design of
structures.
