An Ordinance Amending the 2014 Master Fee Schedule to Add Fats, Oils, and
Grease Enforcement Tier Levels of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the 2014 Master lee Schedule of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances
shall be amended to add the following fees:
Fats, Oils, and Grease Control Enforcement Tier Levels
