SUBJECT: Gagne Park Volunteer Appreciation Event
To date, the Commission has completed the following tasks in preparation for the
Gagne Park Volunteer Appreciation event:
1. Date: Sunday May 7, 2000 from Noon to 4:00 p.m.
2. Authorized the survey of the north and east boundaries (completed).
The next task is to walk the site to determine the work that needs to be done. I would
like volunteers to walk the site on Friday, March 31, 2000 starting at 2:00 p.m. At the
April meeting, the tasks would be discussed.
