SUBJECT: Motor Vehicle Use of the Railroad Grade North of County Road 33
Commissioner Dave Anderson requested that the Commission discuss motor
vehicle use of the railroad grade north of County Road 33. This portion of the
railroad grade has not been paved, however, it may be prudent to sign this area
as "no motorized vehicles" in order to "train" residents in preparation for the
future paving of this area.
Please provide further direction regarding this issue.
