RE: Request to Use Parks After Hours
I have received a request from Jane Gauker, a teacher at Elk River Senior
High School to use the parks after hours for astronomical observation. She
had hoped to use the parks once or twice a week as weather permits. I have
given her permission tentative upon your approval.

Dear Ms. Gauker,
Thank you for your recent inquiry to utilize the city's parks for astronomical
observation.
I will give you permission to use the parks for this purpose tentative upon
the approval by the Park and Recreation Commission. I will see that your
request is placed on the agenda of the next commission meeting scheduled
• for July 12, 2000.
