Her property is directly west of and abuts the City railroad trail. For this request, staff is recommending that the Commission accept $1,400 in park dedication and also request a 50 foot public trail easement along the north property line. This will provide future public access, if needed, from subdivisions west of the subject • parcel to the City trail.
