The purpose of the request is to prepare a lot for construction of an auto repair facility. The property is zoned commercial and is 1.64 acres in area. Staff would recommend that the Park and Recreation Commission accept cash dedication for this request. Recommendation Staff recommends that the Park and Recreation Commission recommend acceptance of a cash dedication in the amount of$4,920.00.
