A. Land Use Cases
1. Status of Charest Mississippi Parcel
Mr. Charest is in the process of restoring the site per the approved plan.
B. Park/Trail Developments
1. Park Dedication Fund Balance
411 The month end total for August in the Park Dedication Fund was $709,119.78. For
the year, we have increased the overall fund amount by $29,709.60. Attached for
your information is the quarterly report.
2. River City Snow Riders Newsletter
3. Newspaper Article, County Requesting Park Land
4. Community Recreation Update
I would like to discuss with the Commission creating the position of liaison to the
Community Recreation Board. Councilmember Motin is considering stepping down
from his position on the Board and the City will need someone to fill his position.
