SUBJECT: Land Acquisition Prioritization
Attached please find a matrix identifying the future park property that has been
identified by the Commission as desirable for acquisition. With the exception of
the Grace Assembly of God, Bailey Point, Gagne Park extension areas, and
Santwire properties, the parcels identified are all outside of the Urban Service
District. It is anticipated that those areas identified by the Commission within the
Urban Service District in East Elk River will be acquired through the platting and
• subdivision processes.
Staff needs some direction from the Commission as to the level of priority for
these identified parcels. Chair Kuester will assist staff in directing and facilitating
the prioritization exercise.
