SUBJECT: Consider Concept Plan — Ridges of Rice Lake
Marly Glines, representing Dynamics Land will be in attendance at the
Commission meeting to review the concept plan for Ridges of Rice Lake. This
preliminary plat is comprised of 73 single family lots that will be subdivided
utilizing the open space cluster provisions in the Subdivision Ordinance, similar
to Windsor Park. Mr. Glines would like to discuss with the Commission park
dedication requirements for this proposed subdivision.
• Attached is a map showing the location of the proposed subdivision.
