Overview
The applicant met with staff and has presented the concept plan for the
development of the Nord property. The area is roughly 70 acres and will
likely include roughly 87 single family homes. The lots will have a width of
roughly 90 feet and varying depth.
During the meeting staff outlined initial concerns and comments and
presented the concept plan of Meadowvale Heights Park. The developer
appeared appreciated having a concept plan and appeared amenable to
incorporating the plan into the subdivision.
