SUBJECT: Therapeutic Massage License
Teresa Dahlman has made application for a Therapeutic Massage
license. Teresa will be practicing therapeutic massage at Avalon
which is located at 706 Main Street in Elk River. Ms. Dahlman has
met the city ordinance requirements of completing 500 hours of
classroom training for massage. The Police Department is in the
process of performing the required background check on the
applicant.

ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion to approve a therapeutic massage license for Teresa
Dahlman contingent on the police chief signing off on the
background check.
