SUBJECT: UPDATE ON THE WILD AND SCENIC
RIVER ORDINANCE
Staff would like to take a brief moment at Monday night's meeting to update the Council
on possible directions the city could go to resolve the issues that exist between the Wild
and Scenic River Ordinance and the city's comprehensive plan. Staff will also update the
Council on a major violation of the Wild and Scenic River Ordinance.
