I. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5:38 p.m. by Chair Wilson.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
3. Consider 07/07/2014 Agenda
Moved by Commissioner Toth and seconded by Commissioner Kuester to
approve the July 7, 2014 agenda. Motion carried 5-0.
4. Consent Agenda
Moved by Commissioner Motin and seconded by Commissioner Kuester to
approve the following consent agenda:
4.1 Minutes
• May 5, 2014, Regular Meeting
4.2 Check Register
4.3 Balance Sheet
4.4 Revenue/Expenditure Report
Motion carried 5-0.

7.1 Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Owner-Occupied
Rehabilitation Policies & Procedures and Budget Amendment
Brian Beeman presented the staff report. He noted that City Attorney Jenny Boulton
was present to answer any questions.
Commissioner Motin stated that he had several formatting suggestions and asked
that page numbers be added for clarification. Ms. Boulton stated that those changes
will be made in the final document.
Motion by Commissioner Toth and seconded by Commissioner Kuester to
approve Resolution No. 14-03, approving a Redevelopment Plan for an
Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program. Motion carried 5-0.

There being no further business, Chair Wilson adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Housing and Redevelopment Authority at 5:46 p.m.
