Dear Mr. Hecker,
Per our conversation with Dave Anderson, enclosed are 4 checks totaling$5000 to
be put to the on going needs of"Bailey Point Nature Preserve" from the children of
Charles D. (Chuck) and Ann Bailey. We are extremely grateful to everyone in Elk
River who has volunteered their time and donated dollars to get Bailey Point Nature
Preserve up and running. Our dad would be thrilled to see how the land is being
used and maintained. We believe our grandparents, L.D. and Ellen Bailey, would
also be proud.
Please extend our gratitude to everyone at the Park and Rec. Department who
works on Bailey Point.
