Overview
The Elk River Mall is being remodeled and replatted. As part of the
remodel, the part of the mall north of the movie theater will be removed and
in its place will be a restaurant attached to the mall, and two freestanding
buildings containing North Memorial Clinic, a drugstore, and two smaller
tenants.
Lot 4, Block 2, Elk River Plaza will be replatted into Lots 1,2,3, Block 1, Elk
River Plaza.
