09-03-2014 QUORUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Energy City Commission may be attending the Elk River
Resource Recovery Project 25th Anniversary Celebration scheduled for September,03,2014,at 12:00 p.m.
at the Great River Energy Resource Processing Plant and Energy Recovery Station (location).A quorum
of the Energy City Commission may attend the Elk River Resource Recovery Project 25th Anniversary
Celebration,however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the Energy City
Commission during the Elk River Resource Recovery Project 25th Anniversary Celebration.
