The BMX group is proposing to utilize a portion of the former Cass property for the BMX track and parking. Upon trying to assist the BMX group with the layout and appropriate lease area for the site, staff has developed several alternatives that would locate the parking such that it may serve future uses as well as the immediate BMX use. It has been suggested that the future use might be soccer fields. With that in mind, two alternative parking concepts have been developed. IDAttachment A illustrates three fields and Attachment B illustrates four fields. With both concepts, the BMX group would utilize the field area closest to the existing baseball fields.
