Background/Discussion
At the direction of the EDA, staff met with the representative of Elk River Ford, the owner of the vacant
lot at the southern end of Yale Court.
The representative's price remains firm at$300,000. The appraised value was for$68,000. Staff will
discuss options for the EDA's consideration,including mutually agreeing on an appraiser to do a second
appraisal.
