R. Horton has been keeping staff informed of the improvements to the Trott Brook Farms Development including the development of the park. On October 7, 1999, Phil Hals and I toured the park site with Project Manager in order to witness the progress. The park site has been rough graded will be dormant seeded this fall. No borrow from the site has taken place. . The woods within the park contain some dead trees that will be removed after consulting with the Sherburne County Forester. The roads to the park will likely be paved the first week of November As this project continues to move forward, the City will need to determine the type • and style of amenities to go into the park. The ideas generated by the Park Shelter Working Group might be of some assistance.
