Renewal of Refuse Haulers License
Solid waste collection licenses expire annually on the 31st of December. Fees
associated with license renewal are $60.00 for the company's first truck, and
$15.00 for each additional truck.
Elk River licensed eight haulers in 2003. The following is a list of the seventeen
haulers applying for a city license this year.
